The Boostlingo Unified Interpretation Platform is an interpretation management and delivery system for language services companies, public service agencies and other businesses.
The platform offers on-demand Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Telephonic/Over-The-Phone Interpreting (OPI) via telephone, web or mobile application. On Boostlink, users can have four-way video conference calls. This functionality was designed with remote doctor’s consultations and court settings in mind. Boostlingo further comes with a scheduling system for Onsite Interpreting.
Businesses can use their own interpreters, use freelancers, use third-party call centers or use the Boostlingo Professional Interpreter Network – a rapidly expanding global network of over 5000 certified interpreters, supporting over 250 languages.
The Boostlingo scheduling and management system offers business administration and business analytics, to allow for reporting capabilities. It further comes with full invoicing and billing via native QuickBooks integration.
The Boostlingo platform has been designed to accommodate integration via the BoostConnect API and Mobile SDKs (IOS/Android) to connect with other technology systems and applications. Boostlingo clients can, for example, enable Zoom integration on the Boostlingo platform, which will then allow them to invite an interpreter directly into their Zoom meeting.
Leveraging AWS infrastructure, the software is cloud-based, device-agnostic, scalable, and continually optimized to meet speed and connectivity requirements. In addition, real-time quality of service monitoring is available for all call types.
