Users can go to the Ablio website to request an interpreter call a specific number from their landline or mobile phone to get access to over-the-phone interpreters. This solution also seamlessly integrates with Skype calls.
Ablio can be integrated with call centers to include interpreters for inbound calls.
Ablio comes with its own Interpreter Management System where LSPs can add and manage their own interpreters. The platform further offers full reporting and business analytics.
