Berlin-based Coreon GmbH was founded in 2012, with the mission to provide software solutions that unify the two worlds of language processing and knowledge management.
Coreon combines taxonomies with terminology to create and deploy Multilingual Knowledge Systems.
Coreon makes the search, machine learning, and IoT applications interoperable.
Coreon’s Multilingual Knowledge System (MKS) unifies knowledge with language by combining Concept Maps (also known as knowledge graphs) with multilingual terminology. The concept map semantically links the individual entries (concepts) while each entry itself is elaborated into potentially dozens of languages with unlimited descriptive and documentary information. As the semantic bridge between different systems, organizations, and cultures, the Coreon multilingual knowledge system is striving for interoperability.
The term approval workflow is partially supported. For morphology, ALiSe (Advanced Linguistic Search) provides accurate retrieval and ranking in multiple languages in Lucene Solr.
There's a free trial and monthly subscription.
Typical SaaS pricing based on Repository Server, Maintainers, and Consumers starts at ~ EUR 400/month.
