In 2018 and 2019, Nimdzi Insights represented Alpha Translations through a successful deal with RWS. The engagement lasted 6 months. Nimdzi Insights assisted Alpha during the initial offering to identify and vet a short list of potential buyers. Full discovery and due diligence was carried out by RWS and the deal closed successfully in January 2019 with a complete acquisition and integration into the RWS group of companies.
In 2019, STAR USA engaged with Nimdzi Insights to help them identify and vet a number of potential acquisition candidates in the US market. Nimdzi undertook a massive search to identify companies that met the strict criteria outlined by STAR. After narrowing down the most attractive acquisition candidates, Nimdzi facilitated negotiations between STAR and Techworld. In July of 2019, all parties came to an agreement and closed on an acquisition deal in July of 2019.
