Vida Health is a mobile app, but it is so much more than that. Initially created after the founder struggled to find a program to treat her father’s overlapping chronic health conditions, Vida Health has expanded into a nationwide program that pairs users with medical experts and educators for all aspects of healthcare — everything from diabetes and blood pressure, to stress management and sleep health. Human connection is at the center of what Vida Health offers, and all licensed coaches and therapists are trained to help guide members through their health conditions to achieve lasting outcomes.
A transparent and open team culture is something that Elisa has been cultivating since the program’s inception.
The localization program is contained within the Product department, but the team collaborates with other departments regularly.
The team invested a lot of time into choosing the right language service provider (LSP), who now handles all of Vida Health’s localization requests.
