Localization at Pleo is fully centralized in the hands of its four-person localization team.
As of October 2023, the company's website and app support 16 locales and 11 languages. They rapidly expanded in 2022, adding 10 locales in under 10 months.
The localization team is looking for significant cost savings via deeper machine translation deployment and automation solutions.
